Memories are deceptive. We like to believe that our recollections are reliable, but that is far from the truth. Every recollection is, to some extent, a distortion— a mix of truth, perception, and unconscious fabrication. Our memories are constantly eroding, reshaping, and adapting. In my thesis, I try to highlight the beauty in forgetting and the distortions in memory through different analogue and digital experiments.
